Recently Completed Projects

HealyCM’s portfolio of recently completed projects includes several architecturally significant facilities of high importance to their respective local communities. These projects include the new Essex County Hospital Center, a $58,000,000 project that represented the first new psychiatric facility constructed in the state in over 100 years, and the gymnasium addition to the Newark Tech Campus of the Essex County Vocational-Technical Schools.

Additionally, HealyCM has completed a number of smaller, but no less important projects, which include the construction of a new Jurors Waiting Area at the Veterans Courthouse in Newark, NJ; several roof repair projects for the Essex County Vocational-Technical Schools and the replacement of roofing for The Chad School/Black Youth Organization.
