Coordinated efforts of A/E firms in developing project scope and preparation of preliminary funding estimates. Prepared overall project schedules and bid packages. Negotiated and awarded multiple prime contracts, and managed the construction efforts.

As Senior Project Manager, responsibilities included the management of all trades in the restoration of an historic courthouse for the County of Essex under a lump sum contract. Coordinated efforts of multiple subcontractors performing restoration work with construction activities of a separate prime contractor. Responsibilities included negotiating change order work with the Owner and trade subcontractors. Developed and successfully implemented an aggressive project schedule.

As Senior Account Executive, responsibilities included the management of the entire client relationship, from developing new business opportunities on through ensuring the successful completion of projects. Negotiated contract terms and costs with clients and monitored the performance of the work to ensure client satisfaction.

Manager of Business Development
As Manager of Business Development, responsibilities included the identification of prospects and the development of new business opportunities. Duties included preparing and presenting qualifications and proposals for both private and government projects. Negotiated contract terms and costs with clients and monitored the performance of the work to ensure client satisfaction.

Project Executive
As Project Executive, responsibilities included the management of multiple design-only and design-build projects for a single client. Developed preliminary project scope, schedule and budget, and managed the design and engineering effort. Lead the procurement/subcontracting process and organized construction activities. Work included managing project costs and negotiating owner change orders.

Project Manager
Responsibilities as a project manager have included the overall management of design and construction projects ranging from minor engineering studies up to full service design-build projects of over $30 MM. Duties included the administration of engineering and construction activities and obtaining state and local permits. Negotiated subcontract costs and terms, and coordinated the shop drawing review/approval process.

Architectural Designer
As an architectural designer, work included the final design and detailing of various large projects, ranging from airplane hangars to corporate offices. Coordinated design work with field personnel and subcontractors. Work included shop drawing review and technical bid reviews prior to the issuance of subcontracts.

Work effort included architectural design services for health care facilities and commercial projects, including shop drawing review and coordination with consulting engineers.

CUH2A (Princeton, NJ) - HVAC Designer
Responsibilities included drafting, HVAC load calculations and the design of minor HVAC systems. Developed standardized detail system as precursor to CAD system.
